1)  North Meck Animal Rescue 

We are a private, donation funded, no kill rescue. Our mission is to help end pet overpopulation, abandonment and neglect. We provide care and find homes for dogs of any breed, age, or medical need. We have found homes for over 2,000 dogs in the last 10 years! We hope to have this number keep growing as we strive to save these sweet souls.
 
2)  Howlin 4 Spirit

Hear our humble prayer, O God, for our friends the animals. Especially for animals who are suffering, for any that are hunted or lost, or deserted or frightened or hungry, for all that must be put to death. We entreat for them all thy mercy and pity and for those who deal with them we ask a heart of compassion and gentle hands and kindly words. Make us, ourselves, to be true friends to animals and so to share the blessings of the merciful.-Albert Schweitzer

A rescue group located in Rutherford County.  Also transports animals to rescue groups up North once a month.

 
3)  Landrum Vet Rescue
 

Vet Clinic with a huge heart..adopts out kittens from the clinic.

 
4)  Forever Home Rescue of the Capital District
 

Rescue located in Albany NY they do  a wonderful job of placing our animals.

 
5)  Chow Charmer Rescue
 

Located in the Upstate of SC - specializes in Chows and small breeds

 
6) Lucky Lab Rescue
 
 
Lucky Labs Rescue is an all volunteer group of really hard working people that have a common passion for saving as many Labrador Retrievers as possible. Lucky Labs is an approved 501(c)(3) rescue and all donations are tax deductible.
 
 
7)  TAAG
 

A non-profit animal rescue group located in Western NC: about 45 minutes southwest of Asheville, NC and about 1/2 hour west of Hendersonville, NC.

 
8)  Animal Compassion Network
 

Since 1997, ACN has placed over 10,000 homeless pets into homes matched with their personalities and needs, provided more than 22,500 free pet food meals to the public, and  assisted in the spaying and neutering of over 10,000 Western North Carolina cats and dogs. The non-profit has grown to over 7300 members, volunteers and supporters.

 
9)  H.E.A.L.
 
H.E.A.L. (Helping Every Animal Live) was formed by Michele Castillo and Paula Ford, both North Carolina residents. The rescue is a "family" rescue, as we consider all our supporters and those who adopt our animals to be part of our H.E.A.L. family!  Located in Jacksonville, NC
 

10) East Texas Maine Coon Rescue

Maine Coon Rescue is a nationwide 501c3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to rescuing Maine Coon and Maine Coon Mix cats. We are a network of volunteers who share one love-our beloved Maine Coons. We assist in assuring that these cats are placed in carefully screened forever-homes where they will spend the rest of their lives being spoiled as they deserve.
