ADOPT

If you are interested in adopting one of the animals you’ve seen online, please complete our online adoption application. Please note that many of our dogs and cats live in foster homes, not at our adoption center. You may email us by clicking here if you wish to meet these pets that are in foster homes and we’ll be happy to arrange a visit!

VOLUNTEER

Foothills Humane Society is a private nonprofit organization. We rely on the support of our friends in the community to fund our programs. All gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Through these donations, we have saved the lives of thousands of abandoned cats and dogs, and helped bring the love and loyalty of animals to children, families and seniors.

FOSTER

By placing a dog, cat, puppy, kitten, or other animal into a foster home, we’re able to expand our capacity to save even more lives. We make fostering fun, easy, and rewarding. All expenses are covered, and you can really help the mission of Foothills Humane Society!

DONATE

Your gift to Foothills Humane Society is immediately put to use helping animals in need and saving lives. Donations are used to provide medical care, food, and shelter for hundreds of animals. It also helps support our many community outreach programs aimed at keeping pets in loving homes. Please consider giving today and be a part of our lifesaving efforts!

Welcome to Foothills Humane Society

In addition to our successful adoptions and rescue programs, we offer many volunteer opportunities, public training classes, training and behavior assistance for our shelter dogs and boast an average 97% live-release rate, meaning that approximately 97% of our animals are adopted into loving homes or transferred to reputable rescue organizations.
